Fletcher Towel and Floorwork
Improve posture and strength through this complete Fletcher workout. Begin by opening your chest, stretching your upper back and strengthening your upper body with Towelwork. The class then progresses to Fletcher Floorwork, which is based on the Graham technique. This class provides a movement alternative to the traditional mat work where the emphasis is on precision and quality of movement.
Combo Fletcher Class
Instructors choice is the theme for this class. Each week will be different. Work with the Magic Circle, Mat work, Fletcher Towel and Floorwork. Review of the Fletcher Fundamentals will start out each class. Great for students new to the Fletcher work.
Fletcher Barre and Towel Class
Improve your posture through this full body Fletcher workout. Stretch and tone your lower body with our Fletcher Barre program, then open your chest, stretch your back and improve overall upper body strength with Fletcher Towelwork.
Fletcher Favorites
This brisk paced, up-tempo Fletcher class has all of your favorites! You will be working with various pieces of equipment, the spine corrector, ballet barre, towel, majic circle, Fletchcer Floor and mat work, nothing is held back in this class! This class will enable you to flow more gracefully from one movement to the next while increasing stamina, strength and coordination. Pre-requisite permission from instructor. (Invitation Only)
Fletcher Floorwork
Based on the Graham technique, this class provides a comprehensive movement alternative to traditional Pilates matwork. Emphasis is on precise body articulation and quality of movement.
Spine Corretor and Towel
Utilizing the spine corrector for this class, a barrel shaped apparatus, you will be supported while working your abdominals, side waist and spine. The ultimate belly workout! With the support from the spine corrector you will be guided through extension exercises to lengthen and strengthen the entire back line of the body. You will never have felt so long, tall and strong.
